SADD Club will meet today, after school, in Cafeteria A. Plan to take the 5:30 bus home. This will be the last SADD Club meeting for this school year.
Wednesday, June 8
Music Day: F6 (Last day of music lessons for the school year)
Thursday, June 9
World Language Club will meet today, after school, in Room 308. Plan to take the 4:30 bus home. This will be the last meeting of World Language Club for this school year.
Knitting Club will meet today, after school, in the Library. Plan to take the 4:30 or 5:30 bus home. Please return all knitting kit materials to Ms. Corrigan at this meeting! This will be the last Knitting Club meeting for this school year.

-REMINDER: SCHOOLS WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAY, JUNE 20TH IN OBSERVANCE OF THE “JUNETEENTH” HOLIDAY.
-All Boys Soccer players who will be playing JV Soccer at Lakeland High School need to see Coach Tim Hourahan for information on next year’s team.
Health Office Info
New York State Law requires a health examination for all students ENTERING 7th grade and 9th grade for the upcoming school year – 2022-2023. The examination must be documented on a NYS Physical Exam Form, completed by your Healthcare Provider. The link for the form is:
ALL incoming 7th grade students, for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year, are required to be vaccinated against meningococcal disease. Your child will not be provided a class schedule if proof of the vaccine has not been submitted to Lakeland Copper Beech Middle School. Once the vaccine has been received, please send vaccine records to the 7th grade GUIDANCE OFFICE over the summer. You can email vaccine records to Ms. Consolo at email@example.com or you may fax it to the 7th Grade Guidance office at: 914-245-2073. You can also mail it to the school to the attention of the “7th Grade Guidance Office”. The Nurse’s Office will not be open during the summer.
END OF YEAR MEDICATION PICK UP INFORMATION
-The end of the school year is quickly approaching. New York State regulations require all medications left in school at the end of the school year be discarded. This includes inhalers and Epi-Pens.
-Unless your child has current permission to self-carry their medication, the school is not able to allow students to bring the medication home themselves.
-Medications can be picked up during the week of testing.
-Medications not picked up by the second to last day of school will be disposed of
