Homework is given on a daily basis. Homework assignments may include work assigned in the textbook, review sheets or studying for tests and quizzes. Homework will be checked in class the next day. No late homework will be accepted. Each student should have the telephone number of at least two students in his/her class in order to obtain homework assignments when absent or the student may e-mail the teacher at adillon@lakelandschools.org. Textbooks are to be kept at home so that students are able to do homework assignments each night. It is the student’s responsibility to obtain homework assignments when absent and to hand them in upon return to school.

At the end of the quarter, the assignments are totaled and translated into a numerical grade.
Example: Number of assignments given: 25
Number of assignments completed: 21
Grade : 21/25 = 84%
