In order to enroll students in the Lakeland Central School District, parents/legal guardians must provide the following documents:

• Original birth certificate 
• Photo ID of parent/legal guardian
• Proofs of residency
• Health/immunization forms
• Student data form
• Home language questionnaire

To begin the registration process, please download/print the registration packet that pertains to your child's registration (Student registration packet or UPK registration packet) and complete the pertinent form.

Where to register:

• Student registration is held in the school your student would attend based on your place of residence. For more information you may contact the district's liaison, Dr. Steve Rappleyea, at 914-245-1700 ext. 236. If you are unsure of which building(s) your residence is zoned for, please contact Lakeland’s Transportation department for verification at (914) 528-4445.

• Universal Pre- Kindergarten registration is held at the Administration Building in Shrub Oak. If you have any questions, please contact Lorraine O’Keefe at (914) 245-1700 ext. 262.
