Posted March 13, 2010: Under the Sex Offender Registration Act (Megan’s Law), the Lakeland Central School District has received notification from the Westchester County Police that a Level 2 sex offender is residing within the school district in the 10598 (Yorktown Heights) zip code area. Level 2 sex offenders are those individuals who pose a moderate risk of committing sexual offenses again.
