All students entering 7th grade in September 2017 Important Information about Meningococcal Vaccine School Requirement for 2017-18

  • All students entering 7th grade must present proof of having 1 dose of MenACWY (sometimes abbreviated as MCV4; brand names Menactra or Menveo)

Please check with your HealthCare Provider for your child’s immunization status. All documentation must be on file in the Health Office PRIOR to August 31, 2017.
