Benchmark VII: The student is a responsible
citizen, worker, learner, community member and family member in a technological
age.
- Ethics:
Advocate and apply positive social and ethical behaviors when using
technology and identify the consequences of misuse.
Talk
with the class about the DO's and DON'Ts
when using the computer. Elicit any prior knowledge students may have
from home or earlier computer use. Display a classroom poster T-chart
illustrating both aspects. Student responses may include:
