Day 1

In our study of the plant cycle, we are planting three different seeds. They are the lima bean, the pea, and the pumpkin. We are very anxious to see if the will grow.

Day 5

We are happy to announce that many of our plants are reaching for the sunlight. We are excited to see green leaves. We are like scientists measuring our plants carefully.

Day10

We are so surprised to see how much our plants have grown! We are sure it is because of all the water and sunlight that we have been providing for them. The soil must be very nutritious.

Day 15

We are so proud that our plants just keep getting bigger and stronger. We can’t wait to take them home soon! Hard work and lots of love and care have paid off. When I take my plants home, I hope that they will flower to make new seeds and start the cycle over again.

We see no growth, only dry soil in the sunlight. We are so disappointed, but not surprised that it has not grown.

The seed is growing very well. We are amazed. I guess a plant doesn’t need soil, at least at the beginning.
